CANDIDAT PROFILE : 

• Eager to optimize existing processes and building new tools to boost overall productivity 
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and upper management 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office with an expertise in Excel 
• Previous professional experience in similar role, or educational experience
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills (English) 
• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred 
• Eager to learn and grow with the company and embrace the company spirit! 
• Primary residence within reasonable commute to production facility 
• Occasional weekend availability for inventory supervision

DESCRIPTION :

- Define weekly production schedule based on open orders and sales forecast

- Contribute to the optimization of kitchen and warehouse workflows

- Perform analysis and report on production status and performances

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained (ingredients, supplies, and finished goods)

- Contribute to the optimization of inventory management strategies

- Participate in on-going process improvement initiatives

- Work with Production Director and Quality Assurance Manager to maintain files
