CANDIDAT PROFILE : 

Bachelor or master in accounting/ corporate finance

- Fluent in French and English 

- Commitment and motivation / Professionalism 

​Strong communications skills 

- Information and task monitoring problem analysis 

- Experience of minimum 12 months is highly appreciated 

Good planning and organizing skills 

- Independent , Comfortable with joining a small team , Work efficiently as team member

DESCRIPTION : 

Assist with accounts payable

Handle bank deposits and follow up of accounts receivable

- Process and control invoices and employees expenses in compliance
- Ensure accurate and appropriate accounting entries and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Process client payments , checks and wire transfer payments
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Assist the Manager for month-end activities, budget and forecast activities and perform other duties as assigned
